Business Pro Local Service Agreement
Business Pro Local Service Agreement
By selecting a Business Pro Local website package, you authorize Business Pro Local to design, host, maintain, and support a website for your business.
Your selected package determines your one-time setup fee and monthly website service fee. Major redesigns, custom systems, or services outside your selected package may require a separate quote.
Monthly service includes website hosting, routine maintenance, technical support, security assistance, backups, and reasonable minor website updates.
If you choose Business Pro Local Advertising, you authorize your business to be advertised on participating non-competing Business Pro Local websites according to the advertising rate and minimum associated with your selected package.
Business Pro Local does not guarantee website traffic, advertising clicks, leads, customers, or sales.
Website development normally begins after this agreement is accepted and payment requirements are completed. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for development of the initial website.
Your website is built on the Business Pro design and customized with your logo, colors, photos, hours, services and contact details. Custom features or design changes beyond these can be quoted separately as an add-on.
Your first month of monthly service is free. After that, monthly service is billed in advance. You may cancel at any time by email or text. If you cancel partway through a paid month, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused days of that month.
The setup fee is non-refundable once website development has begun.
If a monthly payment is not received, Business Pro Local may pause or turn off your website until your account is brought up to date.
You keep ownership of your logo, photos, and business content. The Business Pro design, platform, and software remain the property of Business Pro Local.
